About Webnews Monitor

What is Webnewsmonitor?

Webnewsmonitor is a web clipping service, which scans online news sites for the latest news and articles. With Webnewsmonitor you can specify a set of keywords you wish to monitor for. A list of links to the articles matching your keywords will be posted to the site in real time.

Webnewsmonitor operates 24 hours a day, keeping up to date with news sources all around the world. With its top performing news agent, Webnewsmonitor is able to provide links to matching news within a few minutes of their publishing. Unlike web search engines (e.g. Google) Webnewsmonitor only scans new material, thus, excluding old news from the search results.

How does Webnewsmonitor work?

Users pay a monthly fee for the service. The fee is based on the number of different monitors the user has subscribed for. In traditional clipping services each clipped piece of news costs money; with WNM the user only needs to pay a set monthly fee.

Webnewsmonitor categorizes news sources by their country of publishing. See our current list of sources.
